Direction for purchase
Do you ever ask yourself what the chemical symbol on the label of bottled water means? Do the data on the "water paper" correspond to the data on your sanitary cardboard?
According to the fact that our body is made of 50-70% of water, we can tell that the water has vital significance for human health. Water removes toxic substances from our body, smears joints, regulates body temperature and represents the most vital part of all cells.
Because the water represents a component of all cells, it is easy absorbed with all minerals which water carries with it. Because of this, it is necessary to know which components specific mineral water consists.
Mineral water usage is not possible to generalize, because the needs for the mineral water components are very specific for every person and they depend on age, physical activity, climate conditions, physical conditions and nutritive status. Differences between the mineral waters can be much bigger then between other caterers.
If there, some directions for water purchase will exist, then the I rule will be - look at the chemical symbols, which are on the label of bottled water. Particularly, these symbols (Na, Ca, K, Mg, F...) relate on minerals concentration in that water.
Again, mineral effects on our body depend on their biological active quantity.
II rule - we cannot use mineral waters with a mineral concentration of 500 mg/l in large quantity. Recommended quantities are maximum two glasses of physical per day. You can drink larger quantities only with a medical recommendation.
III rule - you must avoid consumming carbonated waters, because these waters have a small pH value, so they reduce acidity, do not appease the thirst and reduce liquid emission from organism. They are favourable in a situation when you have digested the problem, because they speed belly working.
IV rule - one of chemical characteristics, which has significance on acidity, or alkality of water is pH factor. Its normal values are from 6.8 to 8.5 unless the water is with CO2 addition when the pH values fall into 4.5.
V rule - Children younger then 7 years cannot consumme mineral waters with a mineralization bigger then 200 mg/l. Also children cannot consumme carbonated mineral waters.
VI rule - Non-carbonated low-mineralized waters are recommended for daily application.
VII rule - Opened bottles containing water are not recommended to be kept in a fridge more then 36 hours.
VIII rule - Persons with heart problems, especially with hypertension, are not aloowed to drink water rich with natrium, primarily cannot take water with a concentration of this mineral more then thousand milligrams. Patients with a cardiovascular hardship need to drink oligomineral waters with a low natrium concentration. For these patients the best effect have magnesium-hydrocarbonate mineral waters which have diuretic effect (incite the emission of liquid).
IX rule - protective effect on a cardiovascular system has magnesium, as well as interactive relation of this mineral and calcium. Optimal relation of magnesium and calcium is two per one.
X rule - natural mineral waters with a dominated ions of sulphate and magnesium are recommended for persons with a chronic opstipation, because they urge the discharge of intestine content. These waters are also recommended to persons with a liver and gall sickness and to patients with diabetes and obese persons, because they incite locomotion and discharge of gall, stimulate ejaculation of pancreas and with a long use and with an adequate diet regime these waters can reduce content of fat in organism.
XI rule - try to avoid artificial waters (this is a water which is totally made in an artificial way); existing and selling of these type of waters are not foreseen with our existing legal regulation.
