Solute material, gases and organic substances give taste to underground waters. Hydro carbonates of calcium and magnesium give flavour to underground waters. Enhanced content of CO2 gives potable taste to undreground waters. More quantities of organic materials in underground waters produce mellifluous taste, until NaCI gives to water salty taste, MgSO4 and Na2SO4 give to water poignant taste, and content of total iron alkali taste.

Water taste is relevant and subjective conception, because depends on the taste of person.
