Interesting facts about water -> M'pemba effect

Under the special circumstances, this effect postulates that hot waters can freeze quicker than cold waters, despite the fact that the water must cross larger temperature aperture. In 1963, this effect was noticed, for the first time, by a boy from Tanzania, when he worked as an ice cream seller. However, this phenomenon seems illogical. The effect can be supported by the facts which follow every freezing: evaporation, over cooling, stream and isolation.
