Hot ice is a denomination for a phenomenon which postulates that on the indoor temperature water can transform into ice and stay in that condition due to the electrical field of 106 V per metre . The first university that performed this experiment was the Eun–Mi Choifrom Seul Universuty.
The effect of the electical field is taken into context of clouds formation. The temperature of -10 oC is necessary for cloud formation around dust particle, but the following ice around the same particle demands the temperature of -5 oC. This phenomenon is indicated on some types of ice memory.
